Bills and Home-Made Rusks

Today I have to pay:

$3600 on the credit card
$1800 shop rent

Then this week I am covering the following bills:

$2000 on Allied bill - I'm going to pay this up on the credit card, then I am going to begin paying them as they come in again. Allied stuffs us around too much to pay them with the credit card!
$1500 cash to Athertons
$300 to National Foods
$100 to the Electricity bill (Which is $1800 - Shop bill)

I am hoping to get everything paid up to date before the end of December! Wish me luck! It's mostly shop bills.Our home bills at the moment are about $1500 - which is the new credit card bill and the rates! Cos I paid Optus yesterday =) I'm going to go on the Centrelink website today and with the bit of family tax etc we get each fortnight, I'm going to see if it can be paid straight onto our different bills, so that we don't miss it, it just makes the bills easier to pay once they come! So then I can't even have the opportunity to waste it!

Also, the reason I actually wanted to write this entry - This week I'm going to look up a recipe and try my hand at making some home made rusks! Will be interesting, I will post the recipe and some photos of the end results!
