Appreciating the Moments

I made my first order today for stuff to sell on our online Brown Sugar Bakery webpage. I cannot wait to receive the goods and the payments and send off the items! Hopefully everyone will be satisfied. It will offer a bit of extra monetary support - I am going to put all the money earned into my savings account, for bills and rent, so it'll be good in that way! I'm going to do the same with money earnt from the "Online Op-Shop" and all of those websites. =)

Today I did my shop and I actually stayed under my $150 a week rule! Which is great, considering I bought 2 boxes of nappies, 2 tins of formula and heaps of fresh fruit and vegies! =)


Tonight Brody decided he wanted to stay at Nannas, I was so sad, when I said "Mummy and Daddy are going now" I expected him to jump up and run after me =( Didn't happen, he said "Okay, me just stay at Nannas house"... I hope he's being good over there! She loves having him, he's such a good boy for her! He's getting better and better all the time, although this week he's been sooking a lot! I think he might be suffering growing pains.. He's ALWAYS growing bigger and taller!!! He's my gorgeous darling boy! I love him so much!

When I first became a mum, I loved Brody, but I didn't like being a mum. It wasn't the best thing in the world for me. I thought, omg, what have I gotten myself into?! I wasn't good at it either, I was lazy and made hardly any effort, sometimes I feel guilty for that but I hope that I'm making up for it now.. I hope I'm looking after them good enough and providing good enough for them. Because they're my most favourite people in all the world.

Tomorrow the bills I'm going to pay:

* Rent (Cos I forgot to pay it today.. Ooops =/)
* Going to put $100 on the electricity bill
* Pay $160 on the milk bill


Also tomorrow I am going to make up a few signs and a few things we need for work. Like a production sheet - So we know what we've been throwing out most of so we can cut back. Tomorrow I'm also seeing David from Kev Baldwin, who's bringing me a bakery product price list, as I think that a lot of their produtcts are cheaper than who we get them from now! =) So that'd be good!

Also in other good news, I had estimated our credit card bill to be around $4000 this coming statement but found out today it's only $2600, and $1600 of that is the flour bill! So we haven't been overspending as much as I first imagined! So hopefully soon we can get everything paid down and start saving again!

The bills at home are:
* Rates ($430)
* Water ($160 - It's usually less than this, but for some reason last quarter they did not send us a bill?)
* Big W laybuy ($200 - and $100 of that is being returned due to him receiving a lot of it for his birthday - or just not needing it/finding it cheaper elsewhere)
* Kmart ($144)

Then there's Clints crap that he wants done!!! Which includes:

* Buying gauges for the ute ($500.00)
* Getting the extractors done the way he wants ($50.00)
* Radiator ($300) and thermo fan ($60.00)
* Rego ($500)
* Exhaust ($100)
* Wiring ($400) / Computer reprogrammed ($200)
* Temporary seats (Over $100)

His ute is deadset killing me! lol. He's SO lucky he doesn't do anything else, I cannot deny him the one pleasure that is just for him, especially considering he lets me do anything I want whenever I want.

Like next month, we're going on an over night trip to Port Macqaurie for Theresa's birthday. I have a bottle of vodka saved to take, I'm going to wear something I already own! Probably  going to scimp on the spray tan, much to my dismay - might try and spend little bits of time in the sun and gain some natural colouring? lol. I'm excited for it, it'll be good, we're guna make jello shots. I'm wearing my corset out, cos we're having a "burlesque" dress up thing - well me and Theresa are, we don't know what everyone else is going to dress as. I love Theresa, she comes in after Mel on the best friend scale. I'm sooo lucky to have the two of them! I really am. They're the two people who are ALWAYS there when I need them and I hope I provide that to them as well.

I feel sad that I cannot have Theresa in our wedding party, Clinton is tossing up for what to do about his side of the bridal party at the moment, he was going to ask maybe James and Sean - but he's not sure, he doesn't really have many close friends - and the ones he has, he's already decided are in his bridal party - if we had James AND Sean, I would definitely ask Theresa to be involved in our wedding day!

I cannot wait for the month beforehand when my best sisterfriend is here, I'm so excited for the whole process, I love planning it! It makes me so so happy! =) I cannot wait to jet off on our honeymoon, I cannot wait to do Draculas and Seaworld with our best friends =) It'll be absolutely perfect, I cannot think of a better way to spend our time - Drunk, watching dolphins with our best buds!! That's what life is, not having sex all day every day! Life is being with the people you love and appreciating all the moments you have.
