Detox (Aiding in Achieving Resolutions)

I am wanting to start a detox. Maybe a 7 day fruit/vegetable and water detox. I don't know much about detoxing, but I am planning on doing some research first on different ones. I am also wanting to do some research on organic fruit and vegies in the area, so I'm getting the healthiest options possibly - Not really much point of detoxing, if you're putting chemicals into your body with the fruit/veg you're eating to do your detoxing.

I have been googling detoxing and I have discovered a "Detoxing Shopping List". I am opting to write out my revised list - Which will only feature items that I will DEFINITELY eat, as it seems silly to me, to buy stuff, at their suggestion, if I'm not going to actually like it.

I am going to do the shopping on Saturday and start the detox on Monday. Then it's a fresh week. I will document my experience in my blog. I don't have a good track record with sticking to stuff like this, so it's also a way to challenge myself to go the "Whole 9 yards".

I think for once this week, I am going to fall asleep before 3:30am! I can feel my muscles burning, from lack of sleep. Also, when I am tired - I find it difficult to breathe. Inhaling and exhaling becomes just that bit more of an effort. As well as my throat getting lumps in it an my vision becomes shockingly impaired.

My vision - Clinton wants me to go to the Optometrist and get my eyes tested. I am NOT keen!
